My Vision

Will a Rose Quartz gemstone actually bring love? Does Tiger’s Eye really offer protection? I don’t know. However, I have long been interested in the storied healing and metaphysical properties of different crystals and gemstones.

Gemstones won’t change your life on their own—they’re just (pretty) rocks. You have to take the first step. We all have within us the power to create the life we desire if we genuinely believe so. My work will serve as a reminder of the you you want to be. Let J. Wade Miller designs help you in your journey to free yourself and rise to glory. My designs are more than trinkets or just pieces of jewelry; they’re meant to be an intimate and physical expression of you, the wearer, and a tangible rendering of my vision.

I believe that taking pride in my work creates a positive experience for myself and my clients, ultimately leading to success. That is why I only release a dozen or so pieces at a time. I am more concerned with quality rather than quantity. 

One of the many guiding principles of the company is that you get what you pay for. I am fully aware that you can do whatever you like with your money. That is why I take special care when sourcing materials. Foremost, I look for high-quality products. I often ask myself, “Would I wear this?” Or, “How would I feel if given this?” I look for suppliers who take real steps to be more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable. I purchase American-made materials, and I take special joy in supporting businesses in Austin, Texas, as well as other parts of Texas.
